When you shop with us (or access our services and digital channels (included but not limited to our websites, apps and social), as a consumer or a business, directly or via our retailers, these terms apply.

ORDERING WITH US

When you place an order online, and your payment has been accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation receipt of your order.

You can cancel your order with us within 24 hours, by writing to us at info@365-dry.com. after this time period the item will already be on its way to you and you will need to return it for a refund or exchange.

All orders are subject to availability and if on the rare occasion we no longer have your item in stock, we will let you know straight away and arrange a refund or exchange.

PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

From time to time we run promotions and offers online. Once those promotions have expired, pricing will return to normal on our online store.

Please note- our prices on our online store at the time you checkout your order are the accurate prices.

365DRY are very proud of the blood, sweat and tears we put into producing our functional, stylish and sustainable products. A lot of design work has been put into creating the perfect poncho. Therefore we take any infringements on our product design, graphic design and content very seriously.

We own all IP of the product and the content on our digital channels. Any digital content that we do not own, we have the rights to use.

Any individuals or businesses found to infringe on our IP by creating copycat products or using our designs will be contacted immediately by our legal team, and action will be taken.

These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission. You’re also not allowed to use the 365DRY logo or any 365DRY brand or trade mark without our express permission.

LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE

We don't mind if you have a good reason to link to www.365-dry.com, as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.

Please don’t link in a way that suggests any form of approval or endorsement by 365DRY where none exists.

We are sad to think there may be reason to complain, but we also know stuff happens sometimes and we may unintentionally make you unhappy.

By tagging 365DRY on social media, you are giving us permission to use your content on our own channels.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the use of your content in this manner, please contact us at info@365-dry.com and we will remove as soon as possible.

FOR RETAILERS AND WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

We are very proud of our relationships with businesses who want to sell 365DRY, and if we have approved for our products to be sold in your store then we expect you to treat them and our brand fairly and representatively.

The product remains part of the 365Dry brand and you should make no attempt to alter or change the brand.

We would be surprised if any of our trusted retailers or wholesale clients were to imitate our products, but if such bad business practices are brought to our attention we will take immediate legal action.
