DELIVERY

INDONESIA – flat rate of IDR 30.000 for standard express shipping anywhere in Indonesia.

REST OF THE WORLD – flat rate of USD 25 for standard express shipping anywhere in world.

All orders will be sent via FedEx or DHL express from our head office in Bali, Indonesia. Orders (except pre-orders) are packed and dispatched within 2 working days – except weekends or public holidays. We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is sent. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours!

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Moreover, we do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Please note – as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 365DRY will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or be held responsible if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your shipping destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes, along with its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.

RETURNS

THE 365DRY GUARANTEE

You can believe in us. All 365DRY products have undergone rigorous testing to make sure that they meet our high standards of quality and can protect you against the elements.

Our products are fully guaranteed to the original owner to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from original purchase date from an authorized 365DRY retailer.

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing including materials and workmanship and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or unusual use, such as modifying or changing the garment in any way.

If a problem occurs due to manufacturing defects or faults, 365DRY will, in its discretion, replace your product with a new one, in either an identical or similar style. Free of charge. No fuss.

If you are disappointed in the quality or functionality of your product and would like to request activation of your 365-day guarantee, please contact us at [email protected]. To be eligible you will need to:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with details of the issue or simply fill out the request form here. To activate your 365DRY GUARANTEE we will supply you with a Return Authorization [RA] number and help you arrange to return the product to the place of purchase.
  • Return the product with original receipt and your GUARANTEE CARD [one is attached to every new garment]. You must also quote your unique return code.

The 365DRY GUARANTEE is only valid if you follow the steps above. Our customer service team is here to help you with this process and ensure that you are absolutely happy with your 365DRY product.

SHIPPING COMPLAINTS POLICY

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference. Important: Please state your order ID when contacting us so that we can track the item and resolve things as quickly as possible for you.
